All payments are non-refundable. Tour packages are transferable providing that you inform us of such changes in time for us to make the changes at the hotel. Any loss of deposit due to a reduction in group size is not transferable to the balance of the group. A copy of our Terms & Conditions can be obtained at our office or online at www.httours.com/Terms.htm The NHL/NFL/MLB/CFL etc can change the start time or date of the game - we are not responsible if this situation arises and no refunds will be issued for your package. We are not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. Happy Time Tours and Travel is not permitted to increase the price of your travel package after your package has been paid in full (unless you make changes to the package which result in a price change). If the total price of the travel service is increased and the cumulative increase, except any increase resulting from an increase in retail sales tax or federal goods and services tax, is more than 7 per cent, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund. Happy Time Tours Sports Division provides a service for our customers in obtaining hard-to-get tickets to sporting events. Ticket prices include all service charges and shipping. Prices are based on our cost of ticket acquisition and handling charges, not the printed price on the tickets. (due to high supply and demand issues, difficulty in obtaining these hard-to-get-tickets, overhead costs and shipping charges to us). Upon completion of your sale you will be sent a detailed invoice of your packages. Below the invoice is a credit card authorization form that needs to be completed and returned to us within 2 weeks of your purchase. This can be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to us.
